Srs. Vimala Devi K., Sailaja R., Malini D., Sabitha K., and Jyothsna A., attended a leadership training program at Dhyanavana, Mysore, from May 19–24, 2025, skillfully facilitated by Fr. Alwyn Sequeira. The sessions, through group discussions, role plays, case studies, and team-building, enhanced their leadership qualities of responsibility, integrity, empathy, strategic thinking, and communication. A major focus was self-awareness and emotional intelligence, reminding us that authentic leadership begins with understanding oneself. They also learned conflict resolution and collaborative leadership, emphasizing listening, respect, and teamwork. The serene setting of Dhyanavana and interaction with peers from diverse backgrounds enriched our perspectives on inclusive leadership. This program renewed our energy, vision, and commitment to lead by example in our Communities.

Church history, Community living, and the evangelical counsels of chastity,
poverty, and obedience. This enriching experience deepened our understanding of
Gospel values and inspired reflection on our vocation. We learned to cultivate
attentive presence, joyful fidelity, and remain grounded in Christ. The course
empowered us to witness God’s love with renewed passion and commitment. We
thank our Provincial Superior, Sr. Showrilu K., for this valuable opportunity,
praying our Congregation flourishes in joyful vocations.

“Formation aims to form
the heart, mind, and life by facilitating the integration of the human,
cultural, spiritual, and pastoral dimensions.”— Pope Francis
With grateful hearts, Sr. Sagar Mary and Sr. Swapna, thank God for the gift of participating in the 40-day “Formators and Helping Ministries Training” at Shanti Sadan, Allahabad (March 24–May 3, 2025). This enriching programme, with 17 participants from 10 Congregations, offered an intercultural and transformative experience. They were introduced to modules like Holistic Self-awareness, AMR, REBT, Spiritual Direction, Discernment of Vocation, and Faith Formation Skills, which deepened their maturity and spiritual depth. AMR became a way of life, REBT taught them inner freedom, and Spiritual Direction formed them as discerning companions attentive to God’s movement. Their Emmaus Walks were sacred moments of sharing charisms and unity in Christ as Pilgrims of Hope.
At Jeevan Jyothi, a
three-day seminar (Feb 28th –Mar 2nd, 2025) on Psycho-Sexual and Spiritual
Integration was organized by AT CRI for finally Professed Sisters with 3–5
years of religious life. Sisters Suneetha Battu, Jyothsna Ambala, Sushmitha
Runjala, and Ramya Nuthakki, were privileged to attend. Sr. Severine Menezes

influences, pressures, and persecutions. She urged them to carry the “Menu
Card” - the Word of God — by setting desires on Him, sanctifying ourselves, and
walking in the Spirit. Her guidance emphasized awareness in communities and
adopting a “let go” attitude for inner peace and growth. This fosters positive
relationships, meaningful goals, and effective management of emotions and
thoughts.
